To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly — by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for another model, color, or variation,
the fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order after your refund has been processed.
🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you may return any unused product for a full refund — no explanation required.
